When you purchase a report, we collect your email address and the search inputs you provide (name, username, or other identifiers for the person you are checking). We also collect payment information via our payment processor (Stripe), which we do not store directly.
Your email is used solely to deliver your report and send transactional emails related to your purchase. Search inputs are passed to our investigation engine to generate your report. We do not use your data for marketing unless you explicitly opt in.
Reports are generated from publicly available information including social media profiles, public records, and data breach databases. We do not access private accounts, hack into systems, or obtain data through illegal means.
Report data is retained for 30 days after generation to allow re-downloads, then permanently deleted. Payment records are retained as required by law.
We use Stripe for payment processing and Resend for transactional email. These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your data to any third party.
You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing support@trustmy.date. We will respond within 30 days.
