Refund Policy

Digital Product

TrustMyDate reports are digital products delivered immediately upon generation. Due to the nature of the service, reports cannot be "returned."

When We Issue Refunds

We will issue a full refund if:

- Your report failed to generate due to a technical error on our end.
- You were charged but never received a report or download link.
- You were charged more than once for the same report (duplicate charge).

When We Don't Issue Refunds

We cannot refund if:

- The report was delivered successfully but contained limited results. Some subjects have minimal public data — this is a reflection of their digital footprint, not a service failure.
- You changed your mind after receiving the report.
- You provided incorrect search inputs (wrong name, username, etc.).

How to Request a Refund

Email support@trustmy.date with your order ID and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 24 hours and process eligible refunds within 5 business days.
